Former Leaders of the Khmer Rouge on Trial

After 3o years, the leaders of the Khmer Rouge regime responsible for the deaths of over 1.7 million Cambodians are finally coming to trial.  After lengthy delays, the trials began in earnest in February of 2009 with the hearing of notorious torture boss, Kaing Guek Eav, or "Duch."  To follow the on-going testimonies, check the frequently updated  Cambodian Tribunal Moniter.
