Tuy Sobil was an American gangster until he was deported in 2004 for armed robbery. Many deportees continue their lives of crime, but Sobil, known by his hip hop name KK, decided to make a change for himself and for the children of Phnom Penh. At their insistent begging, he started teaching them how to breakdance. The hip hop dance troupe became Tiny Toones Cambodia, with other volunteers happy to teach the children how to read and write in Khmer and English, as well as drug prevention and HIV education. They have a facility set up in Phnom Phenh, but they are also constantly struggling for resources. It starts out with a walking tour of the center, and around 5:35 we meet volunteers June and B-boy Peanut, who talk about resources and donations for the center.
